Babycu® Warranty, Exchange and Refund Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To process your return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and with original labels. If the product is part of a pack, you must send the entire pack, including the items mentioned as gifts, since all the products that make up your purchase must arrive back at our facilities.

Once you manage your return with our team, we will give you information on where to send your package. You can take it in person to our facilities in Chiguayante, coordinating in advance, or send the product to our address (you must send the package with shipping paid). The cost of shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Damages and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
