At Babycu® we understand the importance of each shipment: we don't just deliver products from our workshop, we deliver care and protection. That's why we are committed to ensuring that each package, created with dedication by expert hands, arrives safely and efficiently to your home. From our location in the Biobío region, we bring Babycu® innovation and care to every corner of the country.

For all of Chile we have the FedEx® service who will deliver your package in 3 to 7 business days once they are delivered by us.

Shipments will be processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays . Sales made after 1:00 p.m. on Friday will be processed the following Tuesday. All shipments are made on business days.

FedEx® deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. This service does not allow for a specific delivery time to be scheduled, so we request that someone is always available at the delivery address to receive the order.

To find out the status of your shipment, you can go here and enter the Transport Order Number that appears at the top of the service receipt.

If you require another company to ship your products, you must notify us at the time of purchase at hola@babycu.cl .
